Who is responsible

This website, amkgrowth.com, is run by AMK Growth. The data controller is Anastasiia Zhunenko, Bangų g. 2-3, Klaipėda 91251, Lithuania. Email: milos@amkgrowth.com. The full data controller details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect, and why

The audit request form. Business name, city, your Google Business Profile link or business address, the service or keyword you want to be found for, your email, and optionally your phone number. We use these only to prepare and send your free audit video and, if you ask, to follow up on it.

The contact form. Your name, email and message. We use them to reply.

Booking a call. If you book through the link on the contact page, the booking tool (Calendly) collects your name, email and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-SQ53VXSS6Y) to count visits and see which pages are read. It runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set.

The map. The contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading it sends your IP address to Google, under Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell your details, we do not send newsletters, and we do not add you to any list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms, hosted by Netlify, Inc., and then in our email. We keep form data for as long as needed to deliver the audit and answer you, and delete it on request.

Legal basis

Preparing your audit and replying to your message: our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and the steps needed before a contract. Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy. Email milos@amkgrowth.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI).

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies only after consent. The cookie banner remembers your choice in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
