Who you are dealing with

The services

Free audit. A personalised video walkthrough of your Google Business Profile, website and local rankings, delivered within 24 hours of a complete request. Free, with no obligation.

Website, one-time. At the price agreed in writing before work starts. An informational or service website with any number of pages, copy and images included, delivered within one week once we have everything we need from you. Not web apps, not online shops.

90-day ranking project, one fixed price. At the price agreed in writing before work starts. The four phases described on the how-we-work page, for one agreed main keyword. Payment: 100% upfront, or 50% at the start and 50% at day 45.

Retainer, monthly. At the monthly price agreed in writing. Ongoing weekly work after the project. Billed monthly, month-to-month, cancel any time with effect from the next billing date.

The guarantee

Top 3 in the Google local pack, or first page of Google for more competitive keywords, within 90 days, for your agreed main keyword. Measured with a ranking heatmap from your business address.

If we miss it, you choose:

1. a 100% refund of whatever you paid, within 14 days, or
2. we keep working at no further cost until the target is hit, for up to 90 more days. If it is still missed then, the full refund is owed anyway.

If you do not choose within 14 days of the day-90 report, the refund applies by default.

What we need from you

Access to your Google Business Profile and website, accurate business details, and a reply within a reasonable time when we ask for something. Delays on your side extend the timeline by the same number of days.

What we do not do

We do not buy reviews, create fake profiles, or use any method Google prohibits. We can decline or stop work that would require it.

Liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to how it ranks or displays businesses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Klaipėda.
